She began her career in the corporate sector, holding a role as a Cost Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis for a USA-based multinational manufacturing company. With a strong academic foundation in Management Accounting, Carmela brings a results-driven and detail-oriented approach to every project she undertakes.

Carmela has a Dual Master’s degree - Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Global Project Management (MGPM). She is also a VETASSESS Marketing Specialist and a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA), further expanding her capabilities in both strategic and student-focused roles.
