Dr. Sadat Khan
Course Coordinator - Business
Dr. Sadat Khan is an experienced educator with a decade of expertise in the Australian higher and vocational education sectors, specialising in business and management studies. He holds a Diploma of Business, Advanced Diploma of Business, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Graduate Diploma of Management (GDM), Master of Computer Management (MCM), and a PhD.
Drawing from a 15-year career in the corporate world, Sadat has worked across China, Dubai, Hong Kong, and India, serving multinational clients from regions such as the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia. He successfully led and managed large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects, creating significant employment opportunities in China and India. In addition, he has entrepreneurial experience, having established and managed manufacturing facilities in China that employed over 200 staff members.
His academic interests include research and consultancy in Foreign Direct Investments, Strategic Management, Operations, Smart Manufacturing, Sustainable Lean Supply Chain, and Project Management.
Outside of his professional life, Sadat enjoys reading, exploring diverse cuisines, watching Bollywood and Hollywood films, and traveling.
Ann Grenci
Dr. Judith Thomas
BA (Melb); Grad Dip Teaching (Sec) (TCAE); M. Litt (UNE); M. ED(TESOL)(Deakin); PhD (Adel)
Dr Judith Thomas offers weekly Academic Skills Support classes for all AIBT students, both face to face and online. Judith regularly consults with AIBT trainers and students as to their concerns with skills and assessments. She is highly skilled with literacy and languages. Judith has been a tertiary secondary teacher trainee lecturer in ESL and Languages at the University of Adelaide; English Officer for the MOE, Singapore; International Student Coordinator and holds full Secondary Teachers' Registration in South Australia. Judith is the Liaison Officer for the Business Development Manager/Facilitator for AIBT Domestic.

Leu Zaknich
Rina Liu
Rina Liu is an experienced educator with a period of longer than ten years lecturer position in The College of Finance and Taxation, Guangdong China. She holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Zhongshan University, Guangzhou China, Bachelor of Accounting degree from Flinders University, Adelaide South Australia. Rina completed her Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) in 2007 and became a member of CPA Australia.
In past 20 years career history in Australia, Rina has worked across various industries, such as Accounting Firm, Local Government sector, private companies and public listed company. She successfully gained experience and skills in managing business and finance. In addition, she has developed skills in managing team and communicating with all levels of organization.
Her academic interests include Analysing Financial Reports, Strategic Management, Property Development Management, and Teaching.
Rina maintains a good work-life balance by enjoying reading, listening to music, playing music instrument, playing badminton, table tennis, photography, and traveling.
Andrew Inglis
Andrew has been a business coach, coaching and training individuals and groups in all aspects of business operations, and especially in how to set and achieve goals and promote their businesses.
Andrew has supported marginalised groups in their progression and has partnered with other organisations and local councils to develop best practice as they established business programs. Andrew provides AIBT students with a vast range of industry approaches.
He is highly credentialled with teaching degrees and assessor training and his advice and counsel is regularly sought by government and other agencies because of his leadership in the VET and business sector, all of which benefits AIBT students.
Andrew is committed to each individual experiencing success by providing interesting, industry referenced, structured learning in class and online.
Faraz Khan
Course Coordinator - Information Technology
Currently serving as the ICT Course Coordinator at Adelaide Institute of Business and Technology, Faraz leads the development and delivery of IT courses for Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma students. He is also responsible for designing curriculum, conducting competency gap analyses, and ensuring the continuous improvement of training programs. His prior experience includes a significant tenure as a Senior Specialist in ICT & Training at Jabin Hopkins Institute of Technology, where he managed hardware and software installations, maintained databases, and provided technical support to both staff and students.
In addition to his technical prowess, Faraz is a certified trainer, holding a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and various industry certifications including Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA). His commitment to professional development and education is further demonstrated by his ongoing contributions to curriculum design and student assessment.
Faraz’s broad expertise in ICT, coupled with his passion for education, positions him as a leader in the field, dedicated to empowering the next generation of IT professionals.
Steven Chai
Chin HK
Chin has over 20 years of business experience from a diverse sector that ranges from providing real estate consulting to financial institutions, to business brokerage, sales/account management and employment services sector.
Chin spent 10 years with the world’s leading full-service real estate services and investment firm being one of the Fortune 500 since 2008. His consulting experience spans a wide spectrum of industries and organisations, from start-up businesses to ASX listed companies.
Chin is a passionate and experienced business trainer who specialises in the Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Business Finance and Investment disciplines. He has developed highly competent communication skills and an engaging training style while being proficient in delivering training via face-to-face and online platforms.
