Charlotte is an experienced Trainer & Assessor with four years of Vocational Education Training, specialising in Health and Community Services. With a decade in the community services sector, she has worked in not-for-profit organizations and government departments, including the Department of Child Protection. Her expertise spans child protection, family support, early intervention, and risk assessment for children and young people.
Holding a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), and multiple certifications, Charlotte is committed to supporting students in the Health and Community Services industry. With a holistic approach, she fosters strong student relationships, addressing learning barriers while promoting continuous growth.
Passionate about women’s empowerment, Charlotte is actively involved in the Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP). She enjoys cooking, connecting with diverse communities, and exploring cultures through food.
