She is responsible for facilitating work based training and assessment, as well as developing and designing training and assessment materials that align with industry expectations and learning outcomes.

Connie provides structured and personalised support to students by monitoring academic progress, attendance, and performance, and by offering guidance and counselling related to work placements. She coordinates student placements in consultation with learners and industry partners, ensuring placements are appropriately matched to individual abilities and needs, including re allocations where required. Connie maintains effective relationships with employers, connects students with potential career opportunities, and ensures all programs comply with relevant industry regulations and standards while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
